      <image:caption>300 Hartle Court, Napa, CA The South Napa Health Center Project for Ole Health will be a new 30,000 SF, three story building bordering the Napa wetlands. The project is adjacent other city services and non-profits, including Transitional Housing, a Homeless Shelter, Fire Department and Animal Shelter. The site has a challenging small footprint, which also rewards the health center with unobstructed views of the natural wetlands and rolling hillsides. The building will house three family medicine medical pods, dental, optometry, pharmacy, lab, triage, enrollment and health education services. The building design is planned to maximize natural light and views to the north, sustainable finishes and energy efficient buildings systems, including photovoltaic panels.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Two-story, 38,000 SF, OSHPD 3 health center 3.15 acre site 1885 Bay Road, East Palo Alto, CA The new health center is a permanent replacement for their existing location nearby. At the core of Ravenswood Family Health Center’s new building is four medical pods designed for 50 exam rooms and 10 consultation rooms. Each pod contains Provider Team Rooms supporting Primary Car, Behavioral Health and Nutritional Services. The facility’s program also contains a pharmacy, imaging, laboratory, health education spaces, group rooms, optometry, dental as well as administration and clinic support spaces. The site contains kids play area, an outdoor staff patio, and a large plaza for outdoor functions such as local farmer’s markets and health fairs. This new facility nearly doubles the number of patients served annually within five years, from 13,000 in 2014 to 25,000.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>La Clinica 25,366 SF 415 Georgia Street, Vallejo CA The project is an adaptive reuse of two existing 2-story buildings into a new one multi-department community health center. The site is located in downtown Vallejo on Georgia Street. Due to the age and condition of the building, significant portions of the existing building are required to be removed and replaced. Upon completion, the project will contain two Medical Pods with 26 exam rooms, 6 behavioral health consult rooms and integrated team rooms; Dental Clinic with 16 operatories; Optometry; Laboratory and Patient Health Education and Outreach. The facility will substantial expand services and capacity from the existing Vallejo Clinic located two blocks away. Skylights and an open atrium bring in natural light for occupants, while the large storefront along the main level connects the health center with the activity on street.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>14,000 SF 145 E Dana, Mountain View CA The existing building is part of a larger rebranded of existing properties. Shortly after the exterior of the commercial office building was upgraded, INDE began working closely with the Owner to design the interior improvements for potential tenants. The 14,000 SF building has large, flexible open office space with natural light; a large glass conference room, as well as a variety of smaller conference and talking rooms. A large, modern break area includes dedicated coffee bar with built in beverage taps. The break area opens to the main office and is connected to the exterior amenity area. With open ceilings and exposed ductwork, the space reflects its industrial origins while offering a blank canvas for a creative space.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>24,000 SF 5925 West Las Positas Blvd., Pleasanton, CA Axis Community Health purchased a portion of an existing office and warehouse building in the Hacienda Business Park. The 24,000 square foot building in Pleasanton, California will support primary care services, mental health counseling, and activities. The new facility will have 28 exam rooms and 6 mental health counseling rooms, administrative offices, a pharmacy, lab, a conference center, and additional areas related to outpatient medical services, including enrollment services. The project includes installing new infrastructure for all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems. The site is being enhanced by creating an entry plaza, outdoor patio, and a variety of seating spaces.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Meridian – Telegraph Ave, Berkeley 17,000 SF 2920 Telegraph Avenue, Berkeley CA This project consisted of a renovation of an existing two story building on Telegraph Avenue, near Ashby. The property was purchased and improvements made to rebrand the property for potential tenants. The effort included substantial redesign of the exterior fascade, accessibility and infrastructure improvements as well as recapturing an existing parking garage that had been filled in during past remodels. The building was left as a warm shell with the interior removed for future tenants. After project completion the building was successfully lease and is currently occupied with medical tenants.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>23,500 SF 1300 North Dutton Ave, Santa Roso, CA This project represents an expansion of their location and services. The health center is located in an existing one story building within a three building complex. The 23,500 SF health center will house 20 exam rooms, 9 consult/ counseling rooms, 8 dental operators, a CAM Wellness Center and 3 treatment rooms, Pharmacy, Laboratory, and 3 group rooms for health education. Two types of Care Team Rooms are provided; one is for staff actively seeing patients, and the other a quieter environment for staff collaboration. The building contains a variety of waiting spaces, which allow visitors to self-select the environment they prefer for waiting.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Rohnert Park Health Center 5900 State Farm Drive, Rohnert Park, CA This project consisted of a tenant improvement of approximately 35,000 SF to expand services for Petaluma Health Center in Rohnert Park. The new Health Center occupies the second floor in an existing two story office building originally designed as a call center. The tenant improvements included replacing the entire existing HVAC system with a new OSHPD 3 compliant system, as well as adding an emergency generator to support the new use. The programming includes family practice, dental, wellness programs, behavioral health services, administration, and an on-site laboratory and pharmacy. Each medical pod is served by an integrated Care Team Room containing 12 staff members. The facility is anticipated to receive 100,000 patient visits per year.</image:caption>
